-How Do I know the need that I want to cover is actually true?

Pressing this button reveals the contact information of the person concerned. You can communicate with them, direct to the one you give, for transparency reasons. If you want to cover a need, do not forget to inform us in order to update our site.

-Why should I become a member/ create an account?
Creating an account in Moirazomai is vital and of course, free. By doing so, you become a member of our team, which means that you can enter and post your needs or cover an already existing need. It is rather important to register, because it permits you to see the details of the person you want to help! Moreover, subscribing automatically ensures greater security in communicating with other users.

-How do I become a member/ create an account?
In the top-right side there is a button login/register. Press in order to become a member of our team! Please complete the registration form by stating the Email and Password you wish to use. Note that your email account must be active because

-Are my personal details safe?
The personal information of each user are required to safely process transactions. In case of a transaction between individuals, personal data are only visible to registered users.

-I have no money to offer. How else could I help?
Your help is really valuable. "Moirazomai" is based on the assistance of any kind, regardless of value. You can share materials such as clothes, drugs, food, stationery, notebooks or books, furniture and depending on your professional status, legal advice, lessons, and psychological support. Definitely you will find a need that you can cover, all you need is your good will!

-How do I know that my help was offered where I wanted?
Anyone who wants to offer chooses the need he/she wishes to cover. The needs published, may belong to a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) or to an individual supported by an NGOs. We undertake to inform and assist in the transaction in order to be fulfilled immediately. After the covering of a need, those who were helped can write their thanks and those who helped, share with everyone the experience of their transaction in "Thank You Box" and how it made them smile and feel useful. In this way you may know that your help reached its destination.

-What is the "Thank you Box"?
The "Thank you box" is the place where you can share your experience throughout "Moirazomai". Through the "Thank you box" you can express your gratitude or tell your story about how you decided to contact us. In the "Thank you box" you can also talk about the joy you felt because you shared something with someone. It is the main instrument to confirm our purpose and the most important way to motivate other people to share and support anyone who needs it. Send us your email and tell "Thanks!"  to the person who made you smile!

-Do I have to make some action just cover/ me fulfill a need?
The only thing you need is to inform us with an email, so as to be aware that our work has response. This will help to secure the successful cover of a need and the closure of an ad, so that someone else can publish his/her need and accept support.

-I cannot log in to my account. What happened?

Make sure your Internet connection is working properly. Make sure the data entered (email, password) are correct and try again!

-What if I forget my password?

Don't worry, it happens to everyone! You can retrieve a forgotten username or reset a forgotten password at the following link: http://www.moirazomai.gr/index.php/en/forgot-password

-How could I change the email address I use in my account?

5. Major component of moirazomai is that everyone can involve to the process up to the extent that they want.  It is recommended that you should communicate immediately with moirazomai in case there is any matter in contact with the person in need.

 

SHIPPING METHODS
In case of covering a need, you can either give the goods directly to the person concerned, or deliver them. Some alternatives are:

-Food:
Α. If there is no possibility of purchasing goods and then deliver them directly to the person, you can send it by courier, regular mail, even with taxi.
Β. A practical way is to issue a coupon or a gift card in a chain supermarket in the name of a member of the family in need with the possibility of receipt to the nearest store.
Note: Not all supermarket follow the same procedur0065. Some accept payment in the store and other bank deposit after communication with responsible. We are suggesting you to contact the store you're interested in.

-Clothes / Shoes:

ΑIf you are going to give used items, select only the ones that are in good condition and make sure that are clean and ironed.

Β. If there is no way, you can send it by courier or mail.

CYou can purchase a gift card in a chain clothing / footwear store and send it by post to the family. If possible, you can ask the shop to issue the gift card to the family member's name, to the nearest shop.

-Furniture:
Α. If it is used, make sure it is in good condition. You can move them with your own vehicle or ask the person in need if it is able to take them themselves, with their own vehicle or with the help of some relative of them.
Β. If there is not that possibility, please arrange a courier service to deliver the goods.
C. If there is no way either of you to transport the goods, please contact us in order to publish a post for voluntary courier service.
D. If you wish to buy new, arrange the delivery of the goods to the person/family in need directly.
